Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, experience with office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks accurately within various software platforms
Handle filing, record keeping, and document organization to ensure easy retrieval of information
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Assist with administrative duties

Requirements

Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency
Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essentials
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong typing skills along with proofreading abilities for accuracy in documents
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain professionalism under pressure
Previous experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus but not required
