About the Position

We are a growing company looking for a motivated Helper/Junior Window Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is looking for a long-term career with significant opportunities for growth and advancement.

Previous experience in window installation, construction, or related trades is considered an asset. We will provide training for the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Install residential and commercial windows and related products
Safely use hand tools and power tools
Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and work environment
Lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis
Assist senior installers with daily tasks and project completion
Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Experience in window installation, construction, or a related field is an asset, but not required
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Honest, professional, and respectful
Capable of lifting 75+ pound materials safely
Able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license is an asset
Ability to follow instructions while also working independently when required
Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe workplace
