Directeur.trice des opérations d’immobilières – industriel et commercial

Êtes-vous un leader passionné en opérations immobilières souhaitant superviser les opérations d’un portefeuille d’envergure en immobilier industriel et commercial ? Une société de gestion immobilière bien établie est à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur.trice des opérations immobilières pour prendre en charge les opérations immobilières. Ce poste stratégique vous permettra de mettre à profit votre expertise technique, vos aptitudes en négociation et votre leadership dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant.

Principales responsabilités

Assurer la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne d’un vaste portefeuille d’immeubles industriels et commerciaux, en maintenant un haut niveau de professionnalisme, de qualité et de fonctionnalité
Superviser l’entretien préventif et correctif des immeubles, incluant les systèmes mécaniques, électriques et structuraux
Encadrer et planifier le travail des employés d’entretien
Établir et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les locataires, notamment en répondant aux demandes d’entretien dans les délais prescrits
Négocier, rédiger et exécuter des contrats de service avec des sous-traitants, fournisseurs externes et prestataires de services
Participer aux processus de location de bout en bout en collaboration avec les équipes de location et de construction, incluant la coordination des emménagements et déménagements des locataires ainsi que des travaux d’aménagement locatif
Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité ainsi que des réglementations environnementales et gouvernementales

Profil recherché

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en opérations immobilières industrielles ou commerciales
Connaissance des systèmes mécaniques (incluant CVC), électriques et structuraux
Expérience en gestion de projets de A à Z
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
Capacité à lire et interpréter des baux, des plans d’immeuble et des devis techniques
Atout : connaissance des normes de la RBQ

Conditions de travail

Déplacements : Déplacements réguliers entre les différents immeubles du portefeuille dans le Grand Montréal
Exigences physiques : Capacité d’effectuer des inspections d’immeubles (escaliers, toitures, sous-sols, salles mécaniques). Le poste combine des tâches administratives (bureau) et des activités sur le terrain

Director of Property Operations - Industrial and Commercial

Are you a passionate leader in property operations management looking to oversee the operations of a large-scale industrial and commercial portfolio? A well-established real estate management company is seeking a Director of Property Operations to take charge of operational property management. This strategic position will allow you to leverage your technical expertise, negotiation skills, and leadership in a dynamic and stimulating environment.

Main Responsibilities

Ensure the daily operational management of an expansive portfolio of industrial and commercial buildings, maintaining a high level of professionalism, quality and functionality
Oversee preventive and corrective building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
Supervise and schedule maintenance employees
Establish and maintain professional relationships with tenants, including responding to maintenance requests within established timelines
Negotiate, draft, and execute service contracts with subcontractors, external vendors and service providers
Participate in end-to-end lease processes in collaboration with the leasing and construction teams, including coordination of move-ins, move-outs, and leasehold improvement work
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental and governmental regulations

Desired Profile

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or commercial property operations
Knowledge of mechanical (including HVAC), electrical and structural systems
Experience in start-to-finish project management
Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English
Ability to read and interpret leases, building plans, and technical specifications
Asset: Knowledge of RBQ norms

Physical Requirements: Ability to conduct building inspections (stairs, rooftops, basements, mechanical rooms). The position combines administrative tasks (office) and field activities
