Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Administrator

Looking for more than just a job? Join a brand-new, modern dental practice in one of British Columbia's most spectacular communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Administrator to help us build an exceptional patient experience from day one. This is a rare opportunity to grow with a new practice, contribute your ideas, and become an integral part of a close-knit team.

No dental experience? No problem. We are happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for patient care.

Your Role

Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
Schedule patient appointments.
Respond to patient inquiries about our services.
Process payments and assist with insurance claims.
Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations for patient treatment.
Manage patient referrals and prepare dentist reports.
