Zuccarini Importing is Canada's first espresso machine importer with over 70 years of industry experience. We are a small, family-run business that has been specializing in home & commercial espresso equipment sales, service, and barista training since 1954. We believe that high-quality espresso is for everyone, and we take pride in matching our customers with the equipment and knowledge to brew excellent coffee, both at home and at work.
As Zuccarini’s Sales & Training Specialist, you’re a seasoned coffee expert with a deep understanding of what makes for great espresso. Paired with a working technical knowledge of how espresso equipment operates (which we'll teach you!), your passion for coffee allows you to match each customer with the gear best suited to their needs, skill level, and budget. You enjoy connecting with people at all levels and are equally comfortable training bonafide baristas and total beginners on how to brew excellent coffee. Across our full home and commercial product range, you’ll quickly become the go-to expert our customers rely on for advice, training, and ongoing support.
You will act as the primary point of contact for both home and commercial customers, and will ensure that they are provided with the information, training, tools, and service necessary to yield the best results from their equipment, and stay well-caffeinated for years to come.
You will also work closely with the Marketing team to help ideate, create, and fact-check informative content for our online audience of coffee-lovers, acting as our in-house coffee expert and a brand ambassador both online via social media, and in-person in our showroom and at key industry tradeshows & events.
