Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Director of Business Development & Marketing (North America) to lead candidate acquisition and channel expansion across Canada and the United States. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships, develop local marketing channels, and position China Health Link as the go-to solution for individuals, corporations, and communities seeking premium health checkups in China.

Location: Remote (Based in Canada (British Columbia & Alberta)now , US(California) in the future)
Employment Type: Full-time / Fractional / Commission-based Consultant Options Available
Target Audience: High-net-worth individuals, corporate wellness programs, cross-border business travelers, and the North American diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partnership Development: Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with local private healthcare advisors, corporate wellness providers, luxury travel agencies, and community associations.
Market Strategy & Campaign Execution : Design and implement targeted marketing strategies (digital, direct outreach, events) tailored to North American consumers seeking advanced preventive healthcare and executive physicals.
Client Acquisition & Pipeline Management : Drive direct and indirect patient/client lead generation, managing the sales funnel from initial inquiry to referral/booking.
Brand Positioning : Educate the North American market on the value, quality, and technology of premium medical care/checkups in Mainland China.
Feedback & Product Optimization: Gather customer feedback and local market insights to collaborate with our overseas operations team to refine service packages.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in Healthcare Marketing, Medical Tourism, Private Clinic Sales, or Wellness/Luxury Travel Partnership.
Network: Strong existing network of local channels (e.g., healthcare consultants, insurance brokers, corporate HR/benefits leaders, or luxury lifestyle planners，retire financial planner,private membership golf or senior retire community etc.) in North America.
Cross-Cultural Understanding: Strong familiarity with North American healthcare pain points (e.g., long wait times, high costs for private scans) and the advantages of cross-border medical care.
Skills: Exceptional communication, pitch, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with a track record of driving revenue from scratch.
Language: Native/Fluent English is required. Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong plus (especially for diaspora outreach), but not mandatory if local channels are strong.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + High-Incentive Commission/Bonus structure (uncapped earning potential based on bookings).
