Role Overview:
The Processor is responsible for coordinating and managing job orders within a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient production operations. Reporting to the Senior Processor, this role supports order processing, production planning, and material coordination.
We are looking to fill the position of JR. Processor, reporting to the SR. Processor. This is a full-time entry level position.
Wage: $22
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process incoming job orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Input and maintain accurate job data within ERP or order management systems
- Assist with CAD drawings and prepare details for cutting and manufacturing processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, delays, or material shortages
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read complex blueprints
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field is considered an asset
- 1 year of experience with CAD software
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Blueprint Reading
