Our professional team has a wealth of construction and management experience in the construction of Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities and are well respected in the industry.
We are looking to hire individuals who will contribute to our team of dedicated personnel by bringing their experience and willingness to learn to every project.
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for:
- Laying out, assembling and fabricating piping systems - specifically SS/PVC.
- Installing plumbing and heating systems and fixtures, including gas fitting.
- Installing water and sewage treatment equipment and related systems.
This position requires knowledge of the heavy construction industry as it relates to the techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications and safety associated with the construction of water/sewage treatment plants and lift stations specifically. We have several project in various stages throughout Manitoba and Ontario. The ability to travel/work out of town is required on majority of current projects. The amount of travel and location of projects varies from Southern to Northern MB/ON, those who do not wish to travel or work out of town need not apply.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have a Journeyman Qualifications
- Must have the ability to read, interpret and complete tasks based on plans & specifications
- Experience working on large scale heavy construction projects
- Pipe fitting skills for stainless steel fabrications would be an asset
- Experience with copper soldering, victaulic grooving and threading of pipe
- Experience with water/sewage treatment equipment installation would be an asset
- Must be able to take clear direction and work independently
- Valid WHMIS, Fall Arrest , Aerial Work Platform and Confined Space is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$49.00 per hour
