We are currently looking to add a full-time, year-round Sales Person / Office Assistant to our Winnipeg store. The successful incumbent will work with the office, sales and graphic managers to learn and be responsible for the operation of the showroom and will assist with inbound phone sales calls and certain office duties.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize solution-based selling to maintain strong customer relationships and be proactive in understanding customer needs.

· Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.

· Actively participate in our AI workflow transformation by learning and applying

tools that make client capture, order processes, and daily operations more

intuitive, resilient, and cost-effective.

· Collaborate and respond to customer inquiries via phone, emails, online, and walk-in.

· Swiftly resolve customer complaints to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

· Evaluate customer needs, providing assistance and detailed information on product features.

· Stay well-versed in the products offered and discuss available options.

· Participate in the development and creation of customer presentations.

· Attain excellent customer service standards while consistently meeting the client's needs.

· Assist in the coordination of deliveries.

Requirements:

· Attention to detail is paramount.

· Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

· Friendly and professional with a customer service focus.

· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.

· Strong drive for creativity and innovation.

· Experience working with AI integration.

· 1-2 years of Customer Service experience is an asset.

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop are assets.
