Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking lawn care, marine and powersports parts and accessories, providing expert guidance and exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help drive sales, foster customer loyalty, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories through knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism
Manage inventory levels, perform order fulfillment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
Utilize communication skills to negotiate prices, upsell products, and promote special offers or marketing campaigns
Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory using service software or other organizational tools
Support maintenance of the retail space by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

Previous dealership experience or familiarity with powersports/ lawn care repair parts is highly preferred
Experience with POS systems and retail sales environments is advantageous
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar inventory management software is beneficial
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and record keeping
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining professionalism
Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales management concepts is desirable
Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management are essential
