Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality metal components and assemblies, adhering to precise specifications and safety standards. Your expertise in welding, fabrication, and mechanical processes will contribute directly to our production of durable, innovative equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements
Operate various hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to shape and assemble metal parts
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for accurate fabrication and quality control
Cut, bend, assemble, and install sheet metal components for ductwork, piping, or structural frameworks
Rigging and handling heavy materials using cranes or forklifts safely on construction or manufacturing sites
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols

Requirements

Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background involving metal fabrication
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools
Knowledge of rigging practices, pipe threading, soldering, and assembly processes
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication tasks
Mechanical knowledge related to ductwork installation or structural assembly
Valid certification in forklift operation; crane experience is a plus
