A company/management team that does not value experienced workers.
They will hire you without checking references, then complain about those who aren't to their standards instead of blaming themselves. Fire as much as they hire. If you are just a number somewhere else, it is better than being less than that here. Each and every start of shifts is a unorganized mess, and then the operators get pushed because the company is behind schedule. Zero management experience and communication. Worst job site i have ever experienced. Don't waste your precious time.

Co communication young Formans have no experience and try to tell u how to run the equipment

Very stressful and demanding  big employees turn over

While working for Caron Equipment i find it a great place to work… the higher ups are very caring group of people… always quick help you out for anything you ask them… I’m  so grateful I applied for this company one morning i sent my resume but end of day I received a email saying i had a telephone interview the next day and was basically hired on the spot…

I sure love the experience.  Great team working together.  It always depends on witch Team you belong to I have no regret.  I would get back yesterday if I have a chance. 

The culture isn't there. While the co-workers are great people, the management is terrible. The group at site are run by a group off site...and it shows. Safety is second to production. No support, no wage increases, no promises upheld. 

When I first started things were ok pay was nice and I was given opportunities to further my skills. And then changes in management started to occur within g the last few months of my employment and now the company is very toxic

Not a bad place, very “clicky” company. If youre on the outside of the click, youre up creek without a paddle. Pay is fair, but dont have a employee revision team after 3 months or 6 months

Not a good time, great workers but no communication from management and broken promises all around. That’s all I have to say about this company, not much more to explain.

They make it hard for newcomers to feel comfortable, they tend to stick together, they dont appreciate employees, and now that they are a christian union company makes it worse.

Good people is what makes this the best.
If you are looking for a company to get in the door and advance your career this is not the one , what you get hired on as is what you stay as.
Good company overall the pay is good.
