If you want a Job that you get harrased the second you walk through the door then this is for you when you work here you get yelled at as soon as you walk through the door do not attempt to throw anything out if ya work here also a fight management is not helpful and very disrespectful very hostile environment to work in no room to grow employees will not help you succeed and make you feel bad for asking a simple question no adequate training provided for tasks I would rate this place 0 stars if I could do not work here unless you want to be stressed and have management on you all day  about everything un safe use of equipment 

The worst moral and cultural environment i have ever witnessed. Micro managing that sounds unbelievable example: Having to take a certain way back to their shop because that’s “the way the owner takes to his cottage”. Not even reputable delivery companies do that. Being verbally abused and bullied is normal there. From certain guys right up to the owner...Ya the owner. No backup support from the “supervisor”. Use the term supervisor loosely. Being told you don’t get a bonus or a raise cuz you’ve made to many mistakes that are unavoidable I.E. tank being frozen or hose 
naming up

This is definitely the most toxic work environment anyone can endure. No proper training given, no respect and constant inappropriate comments made towards employees. Expect to be interrupted during your daily tasks to be micro managed by someone who has dementia (the owner who is very very old). You will never receive any sort of positive/ constructive feedback- everything is negative and handled very unprofessionally. Save yourself the trouble and find someone where else.

If you want to work is a musty old basement for a decrepit boss, this is the place for you. Any "office help" might as well be listed as "glorified intern." If you work here expect to be given no training or information, and constantly belittled. I'd rather clean an outhouse/Porta potty by hand than ever work here again.

High change over rate in staff in the short time period i was employed there. Boss has the saying that 'if there isn't something wrong, he will make something wrong with it' then gets mad about how long it takes to complete task even though he sends you back at least once after making something wrong with your work. Management is very hard to approach for help or approval to send something out. more put downs then positive comments.

This place is absolutely horrible to work at. The vehicles they send you out in are very poorly maintained and very unsafe their method of loading and securment or horrible if you want to get a ticket and possibly lose your license this is the place to be also if your looking to almost die in the heat waves as the service and deliverydelivery trucks come with no ac not broken just plain and simple dont have it truck

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even if it is the last job on the planet, do not apply. Management harasses you until you quit. You are belittled and degraded everyday. 
With no training on any of the systems used you are then subjected to the owners who should not be in the Office ever
Run the other way!

Treat there employee’s horrible. Turn over rate is like no other, the OWNERS bully you to a degree that it no longer feels like a job more like slave work. I’ve never worked at a company where you get called stupid and told to shut up by the owner. Personally I think they need to retire. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you want to feel degraded.

Bad environment...not to mention the fecal matter everywhere. No lunch room. Barely a place to wash hands and a constant constant source on management harassment during un paid lunch. Not that bad of a place honestly if things could change sooner than later.  Great for students
