One Voice One Team

We would all meet at the school, greet the kids and parents. Play some games, learn about ourselves, lunch more learning then home.
Management was always fair and easy to talk to. They gave great advice on how to handle 15 kids at a time; how you can give all them your undivided attention at a time. We all got a long for the most part; there was never any fights, obviously some disagreements but we always used the method of our company to work it out. Hardest part of the job was watching the kids at Wild Water Works, in such a big place with so many opportunities for something wrong to happen it was a huge step and one of the hardest days for us counsellors. We all made a plan with our partners and managed to keep all the kids safe and sound. Most enjoyable part of the job was just getting to bond with these kids, showing them how to become an amazing person that can help others in need and to show them being troubled doesn't mean you're bad you can do anything just like the rest of the kids. I learned how to be more responsible, to be a better leader and to be confident.

Working with One Voice One Team was very inspirational. The employees commitment to providing a fun/safe environment, and the ability for youth to develop interpersonal skills, as well as leadership abilities made this company very easy to work for. I learned all about how to be a leader within the community, and how to be a role model for the youth we serviced. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was making a positive difference in the lives of the different youth we served.

I admired the message and goals of One Voice One Team when they came to host workshops when I was participating in Npower, and admired them even more when I was facilitating for them.

The pay is good, management is excellent. A very high energy, positive, good vibe space. There is public speaking involved, so you do have to be able to think on your feet to adequately host workshops.

My time at One Voice One Team was fun and productive

The volunteer job had a lot of difficulties, due to the young kids. But with the help of the other amazing staff members it was very easy to maintain them. The day start off at 7am and ended around 5pm. Alot of high energy was required, but always a fun and entertaining day.

It was a good experience working at One Voice One Team, interacting with kids and working as a team gave me confidence. The hardest part of the job was obviously working with a lot of kids, nonetheless, it was also the most pleasing and rewarding part.

Amazing to work with the kids and get to be involved with helping their futures. A typical day for me was to capture the moments of the children to market their success and to promote a positive organization.

When working there, you are part of the OVOT family. Great atmosphere and support within the company. They are very accommodating and flexible with your hours

I enjoyed working here, met a bunch of new people & had fun at the same time  the kids were fun as well  very good experience overall 10/10 recommended!!!!

Incredible experience and a high energy environment. A very family oriented place to work. If you love youth and fitness then you will fit right in
