As a property manager, my typical day is fast-paced and varied. I start by tackling urgent issues and planning my tasks. Throughout the day, I juggle multiple responsibilities:
Pros:
• Diverse workload keeps the job interesting
• Opportunity to interact with many people
• Develop strong problem-solving skills

Cons:
• Can be stressful managing multiple properties
• Dealing with difficult tenants or emergencies

My main duties include inspecting properties, coordinating repairs, handling tenant concerns, and managing finances. I also update listings, show properties, and prepare leases. Communication is crucial – I'm constantly in touch with owners, tenants, and vendors.

The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. While challenging, it's rewarding to see properties well-maintained and tenants satisfied. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and have strong people skills, property management can be a fulfilling career.





This is the worst company to work for! After a month, I could no longer work here. 

There is a lot of micromanagement. Everything is micromanaged, including writing e-mails. 

• A lot of your time is wasted on Mondays attending meeting not relating to work, this then waste time which you are required to make up when it is not your fault in the first place that time was wasted.

• Staff are extremely underpaid but are expected to go above and beyond their daily work. Even when you go above and beyond, you will be prevented and have to through many steps. 

• The Management emotionally abuses staff and shouts at staff on a daily basis. The management expected you to be submissive and degrades you. 

• The environment is very toxic. Everyone will gossip about you and wants you to fail. No one is there to help, when you need it. 

• There is a lack of communication within the departments. In the end, everyone will blame you, and you will get abused by management.

• There is a lot of staff turn over, you deal with someone different every few weeks which makes the work more stressful.

• You are not appreciated, if you put in time and effort into a project. 

Last but not least; there is no career advancement here. You are only a number; If you share your ideas, the management will abuse you, and assume you are not intelligent.

Please do not waste your time working here! Find something else where you are respected and valued.

Run run away from this toxic company. Do not recommend to my worst enemy. The enviorment here is extremly toixc. The management will schold you for every little thing in front of everyone and will get yelled at and scream at.

There is no support for the employees, and are expected to stay late everyday without any overtime pay. Your are monitored by cctv, as well as your computer is monitored to track the speed and performance of your work. 

You are micromanged all day long including going to the washroom. The Lunch breaks are not provided unless you ask for permission. There is no work life balance, as you have to attend all company events.

This company does not care about you mental health and well being. You will be expected to come into work even when you are not feeling well. You are just a number here. The staff turnover is extremly high. 

You will be given projects in the last minute and expected to have them done right away hence you are expected to stay after hours without any overtime pay. 

Please stay away for the sake of your mental health and well being. 

This is the worst company I have ever worked for! The Management will constantly yell at you. The work enviroment is very stressful and is definitely not worth the pay.  as you will be expected to work late all the time without any overtime pay or timeoff in lieu.

You will also be micromangement for all your work. If you are sick, they refuse to send you home and you are still expected to come into work. 

There is also no room for grouth here; it does not matter how many years you work here or how many years of experience you have. You will not get any promotion of any kind. 

You cannot have anything on your desk inlcuding your personal phone, coffee or water. The washroom breaks are monitored, and if you take more than 4 bathrooms breaks, you will be questioned. Your computer is monitored on a daily in order to track the speed of your performance. You are not allowed to leave home after work unless you ask for permission. You will be called on the weekends to come in.

Just Horrible! 



As an event coordinator, this was the most stressful company I have worked for in my entire career. I have over 10 years experience as an event coordinator and this was extremely dreadful.

I would have to cancel plans in the last minute, and this was frustrating. It happened every single time not just once or twice.

No matter what I did, the management was not satisfied. I would work 12 hour shift without any overtime pay or time off in lieu. There was no work and life balance, and this made my life miserable as I had no time for my family. My mistakes were pointed out in front of everyone and this would make me feel miserable not to mention the yelling and screaming on top of that. There was a lot of micromanagement as well.

My mental health deteriorated because of working here.

This is not a healthy environment to work in! There is no growth here to advance in your career.
