I have worked at Wright Rehab for approx. 3 years now and to date it is the best career experience I have had. My coordinator has been so helpful in ensuring I am working the right amount of hours for me as well as ensuring that I feel supported. 

The team is amazing. Its a place where you can ask for help with no judgement, everyone just wants what is best for the clients we support as well as one another. 

I have worked with Wright Rehab for several years.  I receive a great deal of support from management as I fulfill my Rehabilitation Therapist duties.  Wright Rehab's weekly professional empowerment program gives opportunity to celebrate successes and challenges me to grow in my role.

I have enjoyed every client I was given the opportunity to work with.  Some of them have stayed in touch over the years, some hired me back as a private home support to continue to assist them even once their insurance claims were settled.  

Great staff and team building.  Unstable management, one foot does not know what the other foot is doing.  Lacks passion and committment to their own staff and clients.

Amazing clinical supervision. Tight and supportive team. They offer a lot of training opportunities and expect top quality work while providing you with the tools to be able to do it.
