At Quality Repair Services, we take pride in providing honest, high-quality heavy-truck maintenance. In doing so, we also provide maintenance services for our customers' medium-duty vehicles. We are a family-owned and operated garage with a tight-knit team, zero corporate red tape, and a busy shop where no two days look the same.

The Opportunity:

Are you a licensed 310S Automotive Technician who is tired of the same old dealership grind? If you enjoy working on a variety of vehicles—from standard cars to medium-duty fleet trucks—and want to work in a heavy-duty shop environment, we want to hear from you!

Want to expand your skills? Because we run a full commercial truck garage, this is the perfect environment for a 310S tech who wants to eventually transition into the heavy-duty field. For the right candidate, we are fully prepared to sponsor and sign you into a registered 310T Truck & Coach Apprenticeship down the road, allowing you to learn the heavy-duty trade legally and safely alongside our experienced journeymen!

What’s In It For You:

Competitive Pay: $30.00–$45.00/hour (Starting rate depends on your 310S experience and skill level).

Stable Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (Keep your weekends for yourself!).

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of automotive and medium-duty fleet vehicles strictly within your 310S scope.
Perform routine maintenance services (brakes, suspension, steering, oil changes, tire rotations, fluid replacements).
Conduct complex automotive repairs including engine diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and assembly tasks.
Utilize welding equipment for component repairs or modifications as needed.
Maintain clean, detailed service records and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
Assist and shadow our 310T team on heavy-duty truck repairs to gain hands-on knowledge for your career growth.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid 310S License in good standing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scanners, hand/power tools, and welding equipment.
Experience with the DriveON program is a major asset.
A Propane Certification is considered a strong asset.
Valid driver's license and a clean Driver’s Abstract.
Must provide your own tools.
