Salary: 51000- 58000 $

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coodinator performs the following tasks:

Ensures high levels of customer experience;
- Coordinate the ‘last mile delivery’ by using the Pool of orders (on time delivery, order completion rates)
- Assign work as required (inbound & outbound orders);
- Participate in picking/ shipping or receiving as may be required;
- Be the initial contact for warehouse communicate (phone or email);
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team should any potential concern arise
- Receivings to go from ‘Dock to Stock’in one shift
Manage inventory through cycle counts, location accuracy, FIFO flow of products and perform adjustments when required.
Ensure equipment is functional & maintained (delivery trucks, order pickers, reach trucks, etc);
Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Warehouse Manager;

Requirements:

To perform well, you must have:

A passion to lead and help the company suceed;
3/5 years Warehouse experience
Demonstrated ability to supervise a team
Forklift license;
Strong communication and computer skills.
Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;
Effective organization skills;
Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;
A sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
