RSS Inc. is urgently hiring Warehouse Clerical role along with Counterbalance Forklift Operator for their leading clients' warehouse located in Mississauga, ON
This role is a combination of working within office environment as well as in warehouse operating a counterbalance forklift
This job is not open for students looking for part-time work or returning to studies after scheduled breaks.
Candidates MUST be eligible to work up to 40 hour/week or more on SIN.

- Near Highway 401 and Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON
Pay:
Weekly Schedule (Mon - Fri)
- 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and could be more when busy
Specific Duties
- Collecting paperwork from billing team
- Printing Bill of lading for local shipments
- Assigning work to the forklift operators to offload which trailers along with the paperwork received from billing
- Proficient working on computer using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Email, etc.
- Recording the assigned work on a spread sheet
- Able to get trained in system in arriving drivers at the driver check in window
- Drive a Counterbalance Forklift in a safe and efficient manner in a cross-dock LTL warehouse
- Strong experience in loading, unloading trailers in a LTL Cross-dock warehouse
- Loading and unloading trailers, stacking, moving skids etc.
- Moving damaged products to designated physical location
- Using RF Scanner, manual order picking etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Performs any other duties as directed by the supervisor or distribution manager
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics Warehouse environment in a similar role
- Proficient in using computer along with Microsoft Office Suite
- At least 1 year experience in clerical or administrative role in office environment
- A valid license to operate Counterbalance forklift
- At least 1 year experience with Counterbalance Forklift in cross-dock warehouse environment
- High school or equivalent
- Able to read, write and understand English
- Experience using R.F. Scanners
- Above average attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- A clear criminal check required.
