- "Surprise & Delight" Campaigns: Spearhead our high-volume summer outreach initiative by coordinating and executing drops of free 8 oz smoothie samples to targeted local businesses to drive brand awareness and immediate store traffic.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute proactive outreach via phone, in-person drop-ins, and direct social media engagement. Actively monitor, share, and comment on posts from local businesses participating in our initiatives to amplify online hype and digital cross-promotion.
- Lead Conversion: Pitch and promote event collaborations, bulk smoothie cards, and menu distributions to corporate teams, ensuring consistent, professional follow-up to convert leads into ongoing sales partnerships.
- Franchise & Corporate Alignment: Work closely with Franchise Operators and Corporate Leadership to identify and execute localized community engagement opportunities that drive traffic to specific stores and ensure demo products are sufficiently stocked in store and well presented on shelf.
- New Store Openings (NSOs): Support new store launches and special corporate events by managing proactive demo planning, staffing, and on-the-ground execution.
2. Demo Program Management & Leadership
- Calendar Management: Build, maintain, and fill a centralized, high-volume demo calendar to ensure our brand presence is consistently active in the community.
- Team Deployment: Lead, schedule, and deploy the field demo team, providing crystal-clear direction on event logistics, featured product education, and daily promotional goals.

Actively deliver constructive, real-time performance feedback and coaching to drive continuous team improvement.

- Environmental Leadership & Professionalism: Lead by example when managing activations in diverse public settings. Remain completely professional, composed, and brand-focused during demos in varied urban environments, including locations near or surrounded by members experiencing homelessness or vulnerable community. Ensure the on-site team handles unexpected or difficult situational environments with grace and maturity.
- Field Insights: Gather real-time customer feedback, competitor observations, and event insights to help the corporate management team optimize future marketing strategies.
4. Marketing & Content Support
- Newsletter Coordination: Review internal marketing and promotional boards every Monday to distill product information down into highly targeted, consumer-facing copy. Condense broad campaign data into specific features (e.g., highlighting 2 key supplements and seasonal smoothies) for regional newsletters like the West Vancouver/Park Royal campaign or demo needs.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Communicate and liaise seamlessly between the core marketing team, reporting manager, and store operators to ensure field activities match active brand campaigns.
- Campaign Expansion: Parse field data and demographic insights to support ongoing, extended email marketing tracks and branded promotional campaigns.
- Asset Management: Oversee, audit, and organize all digital and physical demo team assets, ensuring signage, banners, and digital collateral are prepped and ready for every event.
5. Administrative & Reporting
- Performance Metrics: Provide detailed weekly reports capturing demo activity calendars, field staffing schedules, labor hour allocations, and overall outreach performance.
- ROI Tracking: Monitor and analyze the Return on Investment (ROI) of events and smoothie drop campaigns by tracking event attendance, customer engagement metrics, and specific coupon/app promo code redemption rates.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all physical demo supplies (including 8 oz cups, lids, and samplers), gift card stacks, and promotional swag.
