Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be attentive, professional, and capable of maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and enforcement of safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your presence helps protect assets and uphold safety standards.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety compliance.
Enforce loss prevention policies by monitoring for theft, vandalism, or suspicious behavior.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
Control access points by verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
Assist with crowd control during events or high-traffic periods to ensure safety.
Follow established protocols for incident response and report any irregularities or safety hazards.

Experience

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally. This position is vital in maintaining a safe environment and protecting property assets. Candidates should be committed to upholding security standards with integrity and vigilance.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
