Titanium is a unique energy service company that specializes in a wide range of diverse well intervention solutions, including: Coil Tubing, Electric Coil, Wireline, Nitrogen & Fluid Pumping services. Our upstream solutions specialize in tool deployment, data acquisition and well intervention projects. We are presently seeking individuals to join our teams located in Red Deer and Lloydminster.

What we do:

The Fluid Pumping Supervisor oversees and coordinates all on-site fluid pumping operations for oilfield or industrial service projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of pumping activities, including high-pressure pumping, fluid transfer, and related services. The supervisor manages crew members, maintains equipment readiness, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and liaises with clients and other field personnel to meet operational goals.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that is complemented by a comprehensive benefits program, which begins the very first day of employment and includes an employee profit sharing program.
A guaranteed fixed base compensation, coupled with a competitive job bonus
Meal allowance of $50/day for individuals traveling outside of the district
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shall be made readily available to every newly appointed employee.
Our personnel are also entitled to participate in our fuel discount program and quarterly profit sharing program.
We will provide all field safety training courses including; H2S, First Aid, CSO, etc.

Schedule:

Fifteen (15) days on and six (6) days off.

Education and Experience:

Previous industry experience preferred running single and twin fluid pumps.
Valid Class 1A(AZ) or 3A(DZ) license required
Satisfactory drivers abstract
