What You’ll Do (The Manager’s Mandate)
- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all pharmacy workflow, from dispensing and inventory management to scheduling and workflow optimization, ensuring seamless, efficient service.
- Drive Clinical Excellence: Take ownership of patient outcomes by leading medication reviews, injection services, and chronic disease management programs.
- Mentor & Develop Staff: Coach and supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Act as the designated manager responsible for upholding all standards set by the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists—you set the bar for quality and safety.
- Business & Financial Acumen: Manage key performance indicators, optimize prescription margins, and work with ownership to drive the pharmacy’s growth and profitability.
- Community Liaison: Build strong referral relationships with local physicians and healthcare teams, positioning the pharmacy as the go-to health hub in the Restigouche Valley.
What You Bring
- Current licensure (or eligibility) with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail pharmacy setting (strong asset).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and resolve challenges calmly.
- Strong clinical knowledge and exceptional patient communication skills.
- Retail pharmacy software experience (an asset).

Compensation & Perks (Built for Leaders)
- $80 - $85/hour – highly competitive for a Pharmacy Manager role in New Brunswick.
- $20,000 signing bonus – details disclosed upon offer.
