Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Administrator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental practice. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead administrative functions, coordinate patient care, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and managing practice operations effectively. Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations within the dental clinic, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and billing processes
Manage dental records and ensure compliance with PHIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
Utilize dental practice management software such as Tracker to schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and effective treatment planning
Handle financial management tasks including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable to support fiscal health of the practice
Ensure adherence to healthcare standards such as OSHA guidelines

Experience

Proven medical office experience with a focus on dental administrative support
Familiarity with dental office workflows, billing procedures, and managed care processes
Strong understanding of medical terminology, records management, and PHIPAA compliance
Prior clinic experience demonstrating ability to handle acute care or critical care scenarios is advantageous
