Full job description

Overview

We are a growing multi-unit restaurant organization looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Support / Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our restaurant operations through administrative, accounting, and office coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Process invoices, receipts, and supplier statements
Support payroll preparation and employee record management
Organize and maintain digital and paper files
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
Coordinate communications between restaurants, vendors, and the management team
Monitor inventory reports and assist with data entry
Handle emails, phone calls, and general administrative duties
Provide support with special projects and day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

Previous experience in administration, office support, bookkeeping, or accounting is preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with accounting software is an asset
Restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an advantage
