About the Role
Wing House Plattsville is looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. As a Server, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding service, accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Package takeout and delivery orders accurately and securely.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests professionally.
- Manage online and takeout orders efficiently.
- Process payments accurately using cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, daily specials, dietary restrictions, and allergens.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, service stations, and front-of-house areas throughout each shift.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Uphold Wing House's standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and safe food handling practices is an asset.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift moderate loads.
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
