Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager / Business Development professional to join our team. This role is vital in driving growth, expanding our client base, and managing key projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, project management expertise, and a strategic mindset to foster long-term business relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead initiatives that directly impact the company's success in a competitive market environment.

Duties

Lead and coordinate multiple projects ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify new market opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Engage in active negotiation with clients, partners, and vendors to secure favorable terms and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Manage customer relationships through effective communication, CRM tools, and personalized service strategies.
Collaborate with design teams to streamline production and create targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives.
Assist the operations team to fast track project execution, project site visits for deficiencies and optimize turnover.
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the company’s services and build professional relationships.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, business development, or related roles within a competitive industry.
Experience in the Wood Prefab / framing industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and establishing strategic partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitive landscape is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
