Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Summer Administrative Assistant to support our team during the busy season. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and clerical tasks within a professional environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency in office software, and a positive attitude to assist with daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors and answering the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Assist with filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records
Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and providing support via phone or email
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Support bookkeeping activities including reconciliations and banking.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency

Experience

Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and proofreading
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience with good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This position provides valuable exposure to administrative operations while supporting the team during the summer months.

Must be a student between 18 and 30 years old. Must provide background checks.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
