Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and supports the work of management, counsellors and doctors.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma required
- Post-secondary education in office management is an asset
Experience:
- Experience in office setting preferred
- Background in mental health is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Proficient use of computer, voice messaging systems, fax, photocopier, scanner
