Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Client Manager to lead our client relations team and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. This role involves managing key client accounts, overseeing service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively serve our diverse client base. The Senior Client Manager will play a vital role in shaping our company's reputation for exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.

Duties

Lead and oversee the management of major client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service delivery
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client engagement and retention
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
Conduct regular analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Negotiate contract terms and renewals to foster mutually beneficial relationships
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and account management
Maintain open communication channels with clients to address concerns promptly and effectively
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and continuous improvement

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex initiatives from inception to completion
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable for effective communication across diverse markets
Excellent analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and client feedback for strategic decision-making
Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise teams, motivate staff, and drive performance excellence
Exceptional customer service orientation with outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written
Skilled negotiator capable of securing favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships
Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, managing multiple priorities, and working under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with clients and colleagues alike

Pay: $83,000.00-$123,000.00 per year
