Job Title: Account Manager

We serve over 500 colleges and universities—both private and public—who rely on us for educational kits, recurring supplies, and large-scale infrastructure and equipment. Our products are designed by in-house physicians and surgeons with input from collaborating expert institutions. As integral partners to nursing, PA, MD, pharmacy, and EMT programs, we help institutions train the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Position Summary

The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with Pristine Medical’s existing client base of colleges and universities. This role is central to ensuring client satisfaction, driving repeat orders, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent service and proactive solutions to support educational institutions’ ongoing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main liaison for assigned accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships.
Manage recurring orders for educational kits, supplies, and equipment.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop account plans to ensure growth and retention.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Represent Pristine Medical at industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Maintain CRM records to ensure accurate client data and sales forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the healthcare or educational sectors is an asset.
