Schedule: Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday) + select weekday events

The Role
We’re hiring Luxury Event Staff — including servers, bartenders, and brand ambassadors — to join our growing team.
This is not your typical event job.
Every team member is trained to represent the brand, elevate the guest experience, and move fluidly across roles — whether serving, bartending, assisting guests, or supporting the overall flow of the event.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional, guest-first service at luxury events
- Creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere for every guest
- Supporting service, bar, and event flow as needed
- Setting up and maintaining clean, organized service areas
- Collaborating closely with leads and planners
- Representing Elite Design & Events with confidence, professionalism, and style
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, or catering
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Availability for weekends + evenings
- Reliable transportation (many venues are not transit accessible)
- Ability to stand for long periods + lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A polished, well-groomed appearance aligned with luxury standards
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Food Handler Certification
- Experience in fine dining or luxury/private events
- Bilingual
