What We’re Looking For:

Experienced HVAC Installer Technician
A team player who values a supportive work environment. (Our culture is everything, and we believe in helping each other out every step of the way.)
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with ductwork installation and repair
Basic plumbing skills and knowledge of welding techniques are a plus
Experience in appliance repair and construction is beneficial
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments

What You’ll Be Doing:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and complete projects on time.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Read and interpret drawings and specifications
Layout, measure, and install ductwork
Inspect and install equipment as per project specifications.
