Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a lively restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role offers an opportunity to engage with guests, showcase hospitality skills, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Duties

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a bartender.
Ensure proper food handling and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly and courteously.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately during shifts.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces.
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism.
