Accounting Clerk - Feed

Location: Steinbach

Your days will include:

Entering vouchers and processing receipts in Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system
Entering data from various information sources
Daily, weekly and month end inventory entries, balancing and reporting
Processing Feed Invoices and Returns in Microsoft Dynamics GP
Corresponding with various departments internally such as the feed mills and logistics
Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
Previous experience working in a computerized office environment
Basic accounting knowledge, with inventory reconciliation experience.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize work
Organizational and time management skills
Grade 12 education or Accounting courses considered an asset
