Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Plumber and bring your expertise to vital construction, maintenance, and repair projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in the residential settings. Your mechanical knowledge, carpentry skills, and proficiency with tools will drive successful project completion while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your construction experience and technical skills in a fast-paced environment that values precision and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute plumbing layouts and schematics.
Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues related to leaks, blockages, or faulty components; troubleshoot problems efficiently.
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks involving heavy lifting, carpentry work, or HVAC components to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
Use basic math skills to measure materials accurately and calculate pipe lengths or flow rates as needed for installation or repairs.
Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction materials and heavy equipment; ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for project documentation.

Requirements

Valid license as a professional plumber with proven experience in residential settings.
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in plumbing installation and repair.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics reading.
Experience in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction processes is highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for commercial driving responsibilities if applicable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues as they arise.
