Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager - Operations to support the daily functions of our hospitality establishment. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth operational flow, and effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality and customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Duties

Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Support front-of-house activities, including guest check-in/check-out processes and resolving guest inquiries or concerns
Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely during transactions
Supervise staff schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure team members meet service standards
Coordinate with various departments to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall quality of the guest experience
Monitor inventory levels for supplies and assist in ordering as needed
Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that promotes positive guest interactions and repeat business

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services roles preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
