About the Role
Crossroads Staffing is looking for someone with 2 to 3 years with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (applications without this experience will not be considered) , a highly organized, detail driven professional to join our team in a dual focused role that blends bookkeeping, logistics coordination, and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced industrial environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is confident managing both financial workflows and equipment movement across borders.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring our shipments, freight, and equipment logistics run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
- Daily use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage financial data (mandatory requirement)
- Prepare and issue invoices and proformas
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support payroll, general ledger entries, and month end/year end processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance to office and operations teams
- Assist with scheduling, internal reporting, and workflow coordination
- Support data tracking and daily operational processes
Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (applications without this experience will not be considered)
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a senior administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong logistics or freight coordination experience (asset)
Preferred
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, or industrial sectors
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory tracking software
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. shipping regulations

Bi-weekly pay: $25 to $35/hour (based on experience)

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bi-Weekly pay. Overtime after 44 hours.
