Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access to important information.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
Support office management tasks including inventory management of supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in clerical tasks including typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
Familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
