Our specialty Employment Law boutique is looking for an individual with senior level skills in client services, HR field or legal assistance to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys variety, collaboration, flexibility and is skilled in dealing with clients facing legal challenges and stressful situations.

Minken Employment Lawyers (Est. 1990) is a specialty Employment Law boutique that has been providing expert legal services for over 35 years on a full range of workplace issues to employees, employers, law firms, corporate counsel and human resource departments. Our firm uses a strong teamwork approach and considers every member of our team to be an integral part of our business.
What You'll Do
Manage client communications, scheduling, and intake with professionalism and empathy.
Assist all members of our team with a variety of tasks, document preparation, file organization, and deadline management.
Oversee office administration, including billing coordination, correspondence, and vendor relations.
Contribute to client experience, marketing, public relations initiatives and help streamline firm operations.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's high service standards.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in a law firm or professional office environment with strong emphasis on client services (employment law or HR education/knowledge/experience is an asset)
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, scheduling and legal software.
A proactive, dependable team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment with positive attitude towards continuing education, advancing skills and adapting to new procedures and responsibilities.
