PinPoint Health is a leading multidisciplinary healthcare group with 13 locations across the GTA. We are currently seeking a Registered Kinesiologist to join our team in Markham in a Clinic Operations Lead capacity.

This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, motivated, and people-focused professional who is passionate about healthcare, team leadership, and creating an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, supporting team performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
Support front desk and administrative processes, including scheduling, patient flow, and service coordination
Act as a key point of contact for clinic staff and support strong communication across the team
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient experience
Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
Assist with clinic performance tracking, organization, and implementation of operational initiatives
Ensure clinic standards are maintained, including organization, professionalism, and patient service excellence
Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to support overall clinic goals
Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of solutions
Maintain a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
Registered and in good standing with an appropriate professional body (e.g., OKA, COKA, CATA, or equivalent)
Previous experience in a healthcare clinic environment preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Passion for healthcare, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional patient experience
