In this Part-time role at our Scarborough branch, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments while helping our clients reach their beauty goals. But that’s not all – we’re looking for someone who can go beyond the basics by excelling in upselling services, building strong client loyalty, and driving clinic sales.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional image while multi-tasking in a fast-paced, client-centered setting.
Conduct engaging client consultations, using your expertise to recommend personalized treatment plans that meet their needs.
Confidently upsell additional treatments and products, surpassing sales targets while maintaining a high closing ratio.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they return for more treatments and refer others.
Deliver a range of cutting-edge treatments, including laser hair removal, Morpheus8, Microneedling, Skin Mapping, and more.
Collaborate with your team to create a supportive, high-energy clinic environment where clients feel welcomed and valued.
Manage bookings, appointments, and client data efficiently using CRM/booking software.

Who You Are:

A certified Medical Aesthetician with a diploma from a recognized institution.
You have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and a proven track record of success in sales.
Your passion for aesthetics is matched by your ability to upsell and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and clinic growth.
You thrive on building strong connections with clients and your team, fostering a positive, results-driven atmosphere.
You’re adaptable and able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
You're tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
