Full job description

The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking an awesome individual to fill the positions of Guest Service Agent! Our Team Members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists guests in a friendly, professional manner at both check-in, check-out, and throughout the guests stays.
Helps guests with inquiries and tourist information with a smile!
Answers multiline telephone and directing calls as needed.
Makes reservations as needed.
Accepts payment and runs daily reports.
Communicates with all departments to ensure operations run smoothly .
Other duties as required.

What you need to know:

How to be friendly, and professional.
How to make decisions and solve problems with ease.
How to be super organized and have amazing attention to detail.
How to stay calm and prioritize in a busy work environment.

What else we need from you:

Experience in guest services or hotel reservations would be amazing!
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel is a must.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
We work hard, and we laugh hard. A good sense of humour goes a long way!
