We are looking for an experienced Roofing Shingle Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of quality workmanship and safety.
This position involves installing, repairing, and replacing residential roofing systems while working efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install asphalt shingles according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Complete roof repairs and replacements.
- Measure, cut, and install roofing materials accurately.
- Inspect roof decks and report any concerns to the crew leader.
- Safely operate roofing tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Complete thorough site cleanup at the end of each project.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work professionally with coworkers and customers.
Qualifications
- Previous roofing experience is required.
- Working at Heights certification or willingness to obtain before starting.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
Compensation
$25.00–$30.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, quality of workmanship, reliability, and overall performance.
Employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, dependability, and leadership have opportunities for wage increases and advancement within the company.

Probationary Period: All new hires begin at the starting wage during their probationary period. At the end of the probationary period, a performance review will be conducted. Employees who demonstrate reliability, quality workmanship, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude may be eligible for a wage increase based on their performance.
Please note: This is physically demanding work that requires working at heights in a variety of weather conditions. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, committed to the team, and ready to work every scheduled day.
