Overview

I’m looking for a reliable, hands-on person to manage my home while it’s rented out on Airbnb. You’ll be the go-to person to keep the house clean, cared for, and running smoothly between guest stays. This role is perfect for someone responsible, organized, and handy, who enjoys a mix of cleaning, yard work, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

Clean and reset the house between guest stays (laundry, tidying, stocking essentials).
Restock household items as needed (coffee, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.).
Keep the yard maintained (cut grass, basic outdoor upkeep).
Be the local contact for guests if issues come up while I’m unavailable.
Let me know if anything in the house needs repairs or replacement, and coordinate with contractors if needed.

Required:

Experience with housekeeping, property care, or Airbnb hosting.
Flexible availability to work around guest check-in/check-out times.
Ability to manage restocking (buying supplies and submitting receipts for reimbursement).
Reliable transportation
Good communication—able to text/call promptly

Pay: $20.00 per hour
