About Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario

Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario is looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team on a full-time contract basis.

As Sales Manager, you will play an important role in driving business to the hotel by developing new accounts, strengthening existing relationships, and creating opportunities across the corporate, group, and leisure markets.

What You'll Do

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site tours, presentations, and networking activities.
Represent Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario at trade shows, conferences, community events, and industry networking opportunities.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and business development goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
Manage assigned accounts and develop strategies to generate repeat and long-term business.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information in the hotel's CRM/sales system.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular activity updates.
Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and other hotel departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the hotel's overall sales strategy.
Support hotel promotions, special events, and other initiatives that drive business.
Perform other related duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment required.
2+ years of experience in hotel sales, business development, account management, or a related field preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Experience with hotel sales or CRM systems is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is an asset.
