Our production team supports high‑profile, custom work where accuracy, quality, and reliability matter.

We are currently seeking a CNC Table Operator to join our fabrication team.

Position Overview

The CNC Table Operator is responsible for operating CNC cutting tables to process materials used in signage production. This role requires attention to detail, consistent quality, and strong communication with fabrication and engineering teams.

This position is ideal for someone with hands‑on CNC table experience who takes pride in accurate work, clean organization, and dependable attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC cutting tables to process materials for production with accuracy and consistency
Use and navigate CNC table software to load files, adjust settings, and execute cutting operations correctly
Read and follow shop drawings, cut files, and work instructions to ensure parts meet design specifications
Perform basic machine setup including material placement, zeroing, and tool changes as required
Monitor machine operation during cutting to identify errors, material issues, or quality concerns
Conduct basic quality checks on cut parts to verify accuracy, finish, and dimensional compliance
Assist senior fabrication staff with related tasks as directed by the Department Supervisor
Communicate issues related to files, materials, or machine operation to the Fabrication Supervisor or Manufacturing Design team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe CNC work area in compliance with company safety protocols
Perform routine housekeeping and basic equipment care to keep the CNC table and surrounding area in good working condition
Demonstrate reliability by reporting to work on time and consistently meeting scheduled hours
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use and safe material handling practices
Maintain required training and certifications to safely and effectively perform job duties
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Fabrication Supervisor or Production Manager as production needs require

Qualifications

Previous experience operating CNC cutting tables in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read shop drawings, cut files, and written instructions
Comfortable working with various materials used in fabrication
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
Ability to work independently while communicating issues appropriately
Experience in a fabrication or custom manufacturing environment is an asset
