Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is central to ensuring our customers and carriers receive the highest level of service. You will manage day-to-day shipment coordination, track and trace freight, and serve as a reliable point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry of shipment in the software.
Track & Trace shipments to ensure the good conduct of the operation.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing a quick turnaround.
Mediate with carriers to resolve any logistical issues.
Prepare and provide daily tracing reports as required.
Timely status information updates; documenting service performance and equipment tracking.
Proactively communicate issues to the team.
Confidently problem-solve issues such as missed pick-ups, late delivery, damaged freight, or incorrect billing.
Verify both AP/AR rates are accurate in loads and manage exceptions with this process.
Execute any other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct Manager.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service (preferred but not required).
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player, able to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with TMS systems is an asset.
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused.
Positive attitude and team player.
Accessible to clients, suppliers, and carriers outside standard office hours.
