Scotts Canada Ltd., in St. Margarets, NB, is seeking individuals interested in employment within the Mill.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Applicants MUST :
Work in a safe manner and display a good attitude
Have the ability to read and understand written instructions in ENGLISH and to complete paperwork, forms and checklists
Have reliable transportation
Work independently and as part of a team
Be capable of working overtime and shift work
Be capable of working in a noisy, dusty environment and in cold and hot conditions
Be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Be willing to be trained for other jobs
Meet minimum performance standards
Be able to use a wide variety of implements (broom, shovel, vacuum, etc.) to ensure cleanliness of the plant
Not have restrictions limiting one’s ability to properly wear Personal Protective Equipment
Provide a CPIC (Criminal Record) Check. Note: This is NOT a requirement for current Scotts Associates
Bilingualism is an asset, but not a requirement, as is experience in operating a forklift
Wages as per collective agreement
Internal Applicants MUST see Randy Guimond, Denie Daigle, Larry Cain or Gerald St. Pierre to open the bulletin board to fill in an application
