Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. No experience required (training available). This role involves building relationships with customers, managing a sales pipeline, and supporting marketing efforts to drive vehicle sales. Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and develop new business opportunities
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing product knowledge and upselling where appropriate
Negotiate terms and finalize vehicle deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Support dealership marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new inventory
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities
Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and personalized assistance
Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes and high-quality service delivery

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or automotive sales preferred
Strong outside sales skills with the ability to generate leads independently
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline and upselling techniques
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive or retail industries
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration
Previous experience in B2B sales or sales management is a plus
